How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges for any unused or unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for used merchandise. If an item is returned used, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Actual shipping costs will not be refunded for returns, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping for returns and/or exchanges. A $7.00 restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

In order to make a return, you must request an RMA number. To get an RMA number, please contact rma@majesticpet.com

All returns should be sent to the following address, include an RMA number and a brief explanation of why the item is being returned (this will expedite the return process). When sending a return, please retain a tracking number for your return and/or exchange.
